We are a consulting agency, in the beauty industry, committed to building a network of business partnerships between distributors and manufacturers. Our mission is to build strong relationships with our clients based on honesty, trust, respect, and loyalty.  We strive to learn and meet our client’s needs; and be able to grow together with both, distributors and manufacturers.

We assist distributors in diversifying their portfolio and increasing their dividends, by finding and positioning the brands that meet the goals their company and territory. Likewise, we support manufacturers in expanding their businesses throughout the USA, Canada, Latin America and other countries; by partnering them with distributors that fit their brand’s philosophy. We also assist in the development of private label brands.

NUBIA FRANCO

FGIBB was founded in 2013 by Nubia Franco; who is originally from Colombia and living in California.  A pioneer by nature, started in the industry as licensed massage therapist and Stylist.  Moved on to sales to beauty salons, with Maly’s.  Opened Latin America from zero, grew the territory and built a sales team for the Kirschner Group. Moved on to work with a recognized Italian company to commercialize their brands.  In 2017 became an independent consultant for distributors; and continue to assist recognized worldwide brands in growing their LatAm busines. Her inherent business instincts, along with 20 years of progressive experience in the industry, have made her successful in positioning beauty brands, in Latin America, like Sexy Hair, Keratin Complex, Living Proof, R+CO, Brazilian Blowout, among others. Her vast knowledge of the territory, the industry, and the culture has helped her stablish strong and long-lasting relationships with top distributors and manufacturers from different parts of the world.  Fluent in Spanish and English, also speaks some Italian and Portuguese.
